Computer Connection

I took this course because I absolutely love computers. How they are made, how they run, I find all this information very fascinating. Over my previous years, I have taken infotech 8, infotech 9, and infotech 10. Last year, we learned how to make basic websites using HTML coding. I had a lot of fun during this section and thought it was very cool. I know how to build computers as well. I have learned in the past but I am not sure I completely remember. In this course, I hope to learn a little more on how to build computers and some more advanced coding techniques. By the end of this semester, I hope to achieve a 100%, honestly, I am willing to try my hardest to accomplish this goal. At home, I have a quad core amd phantom processor with 6 gb of RAM and 500 gb of hard drive. I have attached to a 1.5 terabyte external hard drive in order to preserve the memory and space in the computer. It is also easier for me to reinstall windows and troubleshoot in case anything goes wrong. I am running a 64-bit windows 7 ultimate copy. My monitor is a samsung and is 22 inches in diameter. I have access to photoshop and microsoft office and many other programs at home. I also own a laptop. This laptop has an intel i-5 processor. It has 4 gb of RAM along with a 500 gb hard drive. It has and HDMI port along with several USB ports. Wifi capabilites are a must now days in the laptop industry. In conclusion, my computers at home are upto date, but aren't the most advanced.
